At Tiny Tugz™, we ship with care, speed, and full transparency. We deliver primarily within the European Union, with select products also eligible for delivery to countries outside the EU depending on warehouse availability. This policy explains our processing times, delivery expectations, customs information, and what you can expect when ordering from us.
Processing Times
We offer one of the fastest turnaround times in the industry. 95% of all Tiny Tugz™ orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours.
Some products (including artisan-made, furniture, or made-to-order items) may require additional production time before dispatch. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order has been shipped.

European Union (Primary)
Tiny Tugz™ delivers to all EU countries.
Additional Countries (Selective Availability)
Certain products may also be eligible for delivery to countries outside the EU, depending on the item and the warehouse that fulfils it. If a destination is not supported for a specific product, checkout will display this and the order cannot be completed for that location.
Estimated Delivery Times
European Union
3–8 business days
Where applicable, parcels may be delivered to a local pickup point. If no pickup point is available within approximately 5 km, delivery will be made directly to your address.
Non-EU Countries (when available)
Delivery times vary, typically 5–12+ business days, depending on location, customs clearance, and courier availability.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
EU Deliveries
Orders shipped within the EU generally do not incur additional customs fees. VAT is handled at checkout:

Non-EU Deliveries
Orders delivered outside the EU may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are determined by local customs and are the responsibility of the customer. Tiny Tugz™ is not liable for customs delays or additional fees.
Large or Bulk Orders
For unusually large orders (e.g., multiple furniture items, 10+ pairs of shoes, or 25+ backpacks), additional shipping fees may apply. If this is necessary, we will always contact you before dispatch for approval.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your order has not arrived 10 business days after the end of the estimated delivery window, please contact us at hello@tinytugz.com. We will investigate with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Packages Marked as Delivered
If tracking shows “Delivered” but your parcel has not arrived:

Check with neighbours, reception desks, or safe-drop areas

Wait 24 hours (couriers sometimes scan early)

If still missing, contact us and we will assist where possible
While Tiny Tugz™ is not responsible once a parcel is marked as delivered, we will always help investigate and support a resolution.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If an incorrect address results in a return or failed delivery, reshipping fees may apply. Tiny Tugz™ is not liable for delays or losses caused by address errors.
Split Shipments
To ensure the fastest possible delivery, your order may be shipped in multiple packages depending on stock levels and warehouse optimisation. Each parcel will have its own tracking number and may arrive on different days.
